Leaded glass windows in liquid paint, for this technique, you need a pattern, glass, cellophane tape, glass paint and liquid lead. Purchase these items at low cost in a craft store. Choose a simple pattern for your first experiment making faux stained glass in your home and practice using these new materials. Place your pattern on a flat work surface. Cellophane tape used to fix pattern on bottom of glass does not move.

Now your glass pieces should be on your employer and you should be able to see through them. Make a small hole in nozzle of liquid lead. Place nozzle in glass and gently press outlining pattern on other side of glass. When you’re done, let liquid lead to dry at least 8 hours. When dry, make a hole in tip of glass paint. Place tip on glass and press gently, filling negative space between lead lines with colors of your choice.
